Student Reporting

A student can report any concern formally to administration by using the Student Safety Reporting Form.  Of course, there are many trusted adults on campus that can assist with minor concerns and issues.  The Student Safety and Reporting Form should be used if you believe an administrator is needed to assist with the issue.  This Student Safety Reporting Form be accessed here or is available, upon request, in the main office.

For issues related to gender, sex, race, ethnicity, socio-economic, or any other protected class, please refer to this explanation of rights, policies, and procedures followed by a school. Notice of Rights Sexual Harassment. This document is mostly related to rights based upon Title IX concerns, however, similar processes will be followed for all “protected class” harassment.
