8th Grade Social Literacy – In Social Literacy, students will be challenged to consider their own role as a member of a democratic society as they explore early American history. Through literature, film, primary source documents, and other resources, students will delve into the study of Native American history through Reconstruction. Opportunities to reflect, to write, to read, to question, and to create in response to our studies will always be at the core of our work together.
